Really enjoyed our meal, we had the pizza buffet. Food was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. Could not fault anything and will definitely be returning

Our first visit here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious and the service we received from Heather was exceptional. She’s a very pleasant member of staff. We will definitely visit again. The only downside is that the restaurant doesn’t accept cash, it’s card only, which we found a little strange.

Service was amazing, we had Ben who was very friendly and kind. He helped us get the best value for our money! Would definitely recommend Pizza Hut Scunthorpe.

Visited the Scunthorpe Pizza Hut recently and was really impressed with both the food and the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Our server checked in regularly without being overbearing, and made sure we had everything we needed. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious – exactly what you’d hope for! The buffet was well-stocked and replenished frequently, and the salad bar was clean and full of fresh ingredients. Even the desserts hit the spot – the cookie dough with ice cream is a must-try. The restaurant itself was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for families or a casual meal out. Parking was easy and the location is convenient, especially for a quick lunch or dinner while out shopping. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving some classic Pizza Hut comfort food with great service. Will definitely be back!

Was served by both Ben and Heather. It was so refreshing to walk into a restaurant and be welcomed with a smile and feel like you’re talking to friends. They both really went above and beyond not just with us but with the kids we had with us who both have ADHD. Food was absolutely spot on I can’t fault the chef Trevor, it really was so nice, fair to say the boys went up more than a couple of times, we will definitely be coming back here. Thank you to Ben, Heather and Trevor for a really lovely dining experience which seems to be rare these days!

We were greeted by Luke upon arrival who was extremely friendly and even included our 3 year old. He explained how to order and asked what pizza we would like as we were the first for the buffet. Food was amazing as always

Had such a great experience at Pizza Hut, all thanks to the lovely Charlot! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with such a warm and genuine smile—it instantly set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable visit. Charlot was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure everything was just right. She checked in with us at the perfect moments and had a great sense of humor too, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not every day you come across someone who makes you feel so welcome and looked after. Charlot truly went above and beyond. Thank you for the great service and kind energy

Ben our serve was lovely. Our child has autism and he was so kind and attentive, bringing colouring books and being really accommodating. We really appreciate it and it made our experience really lovely. Thank you Ben it really made a difference
